Use of Vyapora is governed by your subscription and these terms. You must keep credentials confidential and use only companies you belong to.

Posted financial documents are retained for audit integrity. They may be cancelled, voided, or reversed. They are not erased to rewrite history.

Plan limits are enforced from the plans table. Changing a plan does not rewrite posted journals.

We may suspend access for unpaid, abusive, or unlawful use. Contact us through the contact form for billing questions.
