Vyapora stores operational data against a company record. Access follows membership and role. Platform staff can see SaaS billing and account metadata. They cannot open another company’s ledgers unless invited.

Authentication uses email, passwords, optional TOTP, and API tokens named by device. We log sign-in attempts to protect accounts.

SMTP credentials saved in platform admin are encrypted at rest. We do not use that mailbox for marketing without your request.
